The Play Yard is a secure space where kids can play freely and adults can connect. With a large interactive climbing structure and soft-play elements, your little ones can engage, explore, and play for hours. This is designed for children who are toddlers through elementary age.
Parents or guardians are completely responsible for the safety and oversight of their children within the Play Yard. Children may not be dropped off or left unsupervised.
The Café is a space designed for adults to connect and grow in community. Freshly brewed coffee and healthy snack options are available for purchase. Complimentary WiFi and plenty of seating areas make this a perfect space to meet a friend, get some work done, or just relax. The Café is located directly adjacent to the PlayYard and BackYard making it a perfect to connect while the kids play.
If you are meeting in the Café while your children are in the PlayYard or BackYard, please ensure you are within appropriate distance for proper supervision.
The BackYard is a great place for free play or for kids to play sports. This space is the perfect option for older kids. Basketball, volleyball, soccer, and many more activities will be available. The BackYard is fenced in, covered, lit, and directly adjacent to the Café.
The BackYard will be open from 1:00-4:00pm M-F.
The Nexus Family Center is a place where families can play, relax, learn and grow together, building relationships with others in our local community. We have a play structure, an outdoor recreation area, and an indoor café. Parents can enjoy some coffee and snacks from our cafe while kids are playing nearby. The cafe is available for all ages to gather, work, and grab a bite to eat.
No, parents must stay on campus with their little ones at all times. The Nexus Family Center is not responsible for the supervision of your children during “Drop In” times.
The play structure will be open from 9:00AM-4:00PM, Mon-Fri. for ages 0-11. The outdoor recreation area will be open from 1:00PM-4:00PM, Mon-Fri.
In order to encourage families to make margin for one another, we are only offering classes on Wed evenings from 5:30-7:00 for ages 4-11 years of age and also adult classes. The classes run for a 6 week duration and switch activities with each 6 week season. We offer an athletic program as well as an arts program each season.
The play structure and recreation area are free for playtime between the hours of 9:00-4:00 PM. There is a small fee for the Wednesday night classes which covers the supplies and operational costs.
